Outlined below: what we gather, treatment of data, and practices we avoid. Effective September 19, 2026.

The quote tool

The quote form collects six items: gender, birth date, health level, smoking status, coverage and term duration. We transmit these to carriers' quoting engine to compute rates; we retain nothing. Quotes don't require your name, address, number, or email. Duplicate identical requests pull from a brief cache to spare the quoting engine.

Applying

When you submit an application, your response information pre-populates a form on the carriers' secure service, and you follow that entity's data privacy guidelines. Susman Insurance Agency (a licensed California insurance operator, License 0B75129) oversees your submission.

The contact form

The contact form captures: name, email, optionally phone, message topic, contact mode you prefer, and message text. This is routed by email to our office; your email is the response-to address. No copy lingers here, no database stores submissions, no registry of message details exists. Your browser runs a fast anti-spam validation before it transmits.

Measurement

We measure visitor actions using first-party, non-cookie tracking on this domain. We mask two octets of your IP at collection. Query strings in referrers are removed. Visit records expire in 90 days. Visitors with Do Not Track or Privacy Control signals are excluded.

What we do not do

We don't monetize, hand off, or redistribute your details. We run no advertisement network or outside tracking. The sole third-party code is the carriers' app portal—it appears only if you navigate to application.
